We post the expected percentage of travel with every position we hire for and hope that all of our employees and candidates take this into consideration before accepting a position. We'd like to think in most situations travel is a perk of the job, but we do understand that this doesn't work for everyone. A key perk we offer for travelling employees is a generous per diem policy and comp time for exempt employees.
We embrace that our employees work to live, versus living to work; if travel isn't for you, we do have a number of positions and departments that don't travel as well. If you still have concerns on traveling, be sure to address these concerns with your manager or utilize our open door policies elsewhere.
