The team is great and work hard

The ED is problematic, picks and chooses who she likes, if she doesn't like you, you will be micro managed out

It has a goodwill with communities and people look up to this organization with respect.

Toxic and unpredictable environment. No established standards for project planning and delivery. Hard to work on logic and knowledge, employees need to rely more on gossip and boss pleasing attitude. Very hard to perform team work as no one wants to learn new things. Micromanagement and nit-picking along with archaic ancient methods are used for project management, I would say even Dinosaurs have moved on from the work style that is used here.
