Pros
Make your own schedule. Independent, no one really checks on you. Finish early still get paid for full hr. Must plan your work route between stores to be efficient or will waste more time traveling then at the job. Can turn down jobs if they are too far or you aren't interested.
Cons
No compensation for travel. Low pay when they pay for 45mins jobs. Some weeks there is only 5hrs worth of work, not always enough work to keep you busy even part time.
