      Pros

      One of the Pros of working for the Spar is all the wonderful people I work with. The Spar also has brilliant training schemes to ensure you know how to do your job properly.

      Cons

      Long shifts can become quite repetitive, the job role doesn't change much. The Uniform is too Black and boring.
