Pros
My boss took time to listen to my needs not just from employer status, spar has great work ethos and even cemtral manager on visits genuinely listened to any worries etc , training is good and one to one if possible , dont tolerate any staff bullying and deal with it immediatly , work round shifts if possible ,they would rather that than you commit to shufts then cant turn up !!! I found all the staff freindly , good working enviroment one you looked forward to going on shift , Xmas the company give every emploee a big hamper with goods comprising things like teabags soup wine vodka ,crisps tins meat etc all every day staples was realy impressed
Cons
So busy in shop with passing trade sometimes overwhelming last shift 10pm to clean and serve but to be fair few and far between
