Flexible schedule, no one looking over your shoulder while you work, travel.
Cons
They expect you to travel to the stores and prepare for your visit, which is gathering up supplies & tools for the job, studying the instructions and printing out all the materials...yet only paid mileage, which was only half the cost of gas and nothing for your time for traveling to and from stores or studying to be familiar with what you were supposed to do in the store.
