Management hide upstairs and offer no help unless assistant or general manager is on duty
Breaks are extremely unformal- i was frequently called to tills while on my lunch break. One day i worked for 7 1/2 hours with no break as the duty manager didn't want me taking my break on her shift
Shifts will be frequently changed if you're at the 'bottom of the food chain'. It was agreed i would work friday nights 5-10pm and sundays 10-5pm but was frequently put on the 6am-3pm sunday morning shift
Minimum wage payment - £4.39 for a 17yr old. I did as much if not more work than older staff on £6+
