Business outlook
Pros
The company gives the employee a lot of room for growth and flexibility to take decisions on their own. Benefits are definitly in line with the larger companies out there and the management (owners) have a complete open door policy and are very down to earth.
Cons
The company is a family business and hence it feels like it sometimes; however, in all honesty would rather be able to walk into the owner's office than have to go through 30 people to even just say hi!
