      There are no pros at all

      shittiest Company I have worked so far 1. You won’t get salary on time 2. HR assumes her self as the Co founder of the company and will question every one for there work 3. If something new implemented today result expected by tomorrow 4. No proper structure 5. Outsiders( Business consultants)will question the Employee 6. PF wouldn’t be added properly If you are someone with channelised mindset, pls don’t prefer this company it wouldn’t help you at all.

      Good team work & work culture is great and employee well being are always a priority , exceptional leadership team, Management encourages employee to take time off for yourself..

      Cons

      Work life balance is a Really bad , there should be the perfect shift timing for employee..
