      I started working here as a temp employee and after about 6 years, was hired through the company as a permanent employee. You learn a lot about the recycling and refuse industry. You get close with your co-workers

      Cons

      There is not a lot of growth opportunities unless you are willing to relocate. The list of tasks expected from you increases while your pay remains stagnant

      Small enough to shine and learn something new . Small enough to live the KPI's as you watch the product leave everyday.

      It's in the middle of Georgia

      Pros

      Bounced back from bankruptcy. Southern charm way of doing things. One of the best places to work in the town.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity to promotion. No raises in years unless a manager pushed it through. Too many employees without qualifications for their position leads to some failed procces.
