Arena District not worth it - Assistant Facility Manager SP+ Employee Review

People who obviously should be disciplined never seem to be. We've seen that you can just not do your job and it's fine. There is a manager on staff that no one wants to work with because she never knows what she is doing. Also at hire they tell you it's the highest paying district but then come to find out 1.) it's not and 2.) they don't really like to give you more money for more responsibility
