      The Position was a promotion with better pay.

      Cons

      I work the overnight shift (my choice but I'm tired of the shift) we are short-staffed because people are quitting and the Assistant Manager/hr/other duties does not have the time to fill the vacant positions. Overtime when you work overnight, makes you more tired. Since this is a govt contract, you have to navigate a lot of politics, and personalities, it's exhausting.
