I can't think of any pros of working here other than I've made a couple good friends.
Cons
If you are a software developer or work in tech, STAY AWAY. They claim to be a technology company but the leadership doesn't know much about technology and the developers get blamed for everything. They don't give you enough time to work on your tasks then you get blamed when they're not done right. Also the code and general structure of the codebases is awful. You will spend hours trying to clean up messy code just to hear that you're not doing enough because most of them think cleaning up code should directly result in items from the backlog getting solved. And everyone you work with will end up stabbing you in the back, even your own manager. They all lie to get what they want and there is nothing you can do about it. Even submitting a formal complaint to HR gets zero response. Hands down worst job I've ever had.
