Cashier - Cashier SP+ Employee Review

Within my first 4 days, I realized this is the most disorganized company. 1. Their system is prone to mistake as they rely on the cashier to manually log down every single transaction. 2. No set scheduling system. Workers are always calling out. Being only a new trainee, they still decided to throw me out to cover by myself. 3. They have employees stealing from them. That's how unreliable and prone to error their system is. 4. I heard one of their supervisors had a sexual harassment complaint launched against him.
