Pros

-You are not micromanaged. -The contact center is laid back. -Management are cool and very down to earth. You can be very open with them. -You get a raise every year -The job is easy. You communicate with customers through email and take a couple calls.

Cons

None with the contact center, but other departments barely speak to you and kinda act like their better than you.
