At my first interview, they revealed that they were hiring for my position at 4 dollars above the market average for that position. When I began, they had me working night shift. Then, there were plenty of opportunities to work daytime, which made it very flexible. While working, I felt heard and was given opportunities to field test every solution, and maintenance was always up to par. That is rare in this industry.
