The people at SOZO are who make it a great place to work, they really care about what they do and are passionate about their expertise. We have a really supportive culture where people are recognised for their hard work, a place that really does support your growth as an individual. With a collaborative and friendly environment, I really feel a strong sense of community working here. SOZO is flexible about how we work, offering a great work life balance with remote working as well as being supportive of personal challenges. The offices are also a really great place to work, they are in a great location with lots of space to collaborate and to work individually.

SOZO has a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture where everyone works together to deliver high-quality results and takes real pride in what they do. The company encourages creativity and gives designers the freedom to explore new ideas while maintaining consistently high standards across all projects. Management is approachable, flexible, and open to suggestions, and the team environment is both friendly and professional. The work–life balance is excellent. As someone with a young family, I’ve always felt supported through any personal challenges, and the company has been fair and transparent with salaries. I’m now in my 13th year here and have no desire to move on.

As with any busy agency, deadlines can be tight and projects can move quickly, but it keeps the work varied and rewarding.
