High tech industry, good customer base, great support from other business units, travel, broad base of experience, promotion from within the organization. There are a lot of great resources within the teams, and they have a lot to offer to contribute to the success of the organization.

Sometimes there are conflicting priorities (either in the business practices or in management decisions) that make it difficult to select the correct one. In addition, we are an international company, and restrictions about sharing information abroad (ITAR) make it difficult to get the job done while protecting US interests.
