      Pros

      Interesting projects, pipeline, acquisition plans and investments.

      Cons

      Almost everything related to HR - company filled with strange individuals with low morale, crooked character, and lack of fundamental interpersonal skills. On a daily basis - hostile environment that would be better avoided.

      Pros

      -Small company, lots of face time with principal players across all departments. -Everyone's input is welcome and actually taken into consideration when making decisions. -Company is high respectful of work life balance. Everyone is given a choice to work in person, or remote or a hybrid. -Benefits package is amazing (beyond base salary, all insurances are covered by employer). -401K match!! -Collogues are an absolute joy to work with!

      -None that i would like to change.
