Middle to senior management have a terrible management style and scapegoats staff and line personnel when something goes wrong. Verbal abuse is not uncommon. Salaries below average, they low-bid contracts and then can't fill the positions. High turnover due to workload and senior management attitude.. No communication to staff about organizational changes.
