Many opportunities for donuts and bagels... Only a con if you're on a diet.

Family owned company. The family actually seems to care about employees & community. Several times the company decided that we could close the office early on a Friday for fun.

HR seems indifferent to employee needs & at times mocked them. There is little transparency from the upper management to the average worker. There is little job fluidity.
