      Pros

      Team members on my project were exceptional people. Freedom for creativity when it comes to implementing a certain feature.

      Cons

      Management was abysmal. Absolutely no communication between leadership and your everyday team member. Especially at the beginning of COVID, leadership was very slow to allow team members to work from home.
