-If you get hired into a certain department and put into the hot seat (i.e. next to mgr) you'll be micromanaged and have to deal with ever changing moods. If you do something she doesn't like, watch out. -High turnover here. It's a top-down issue. -PTO is only 10 days/year. Hope you don't get sick or you're not going on much vacation -Lots of tight deadlines. Could be a pro if you like that atmosphere, but the Technical Writing workload is such that sometimes it's hard to give enough attention to each project until close to due date. Management will blame this on you but in reality it's an organizational mindset.
