Pros
No Pros. I you do not have confidence of doing anything then you can join. At lest after 2 year you will be able to get a good job. I mean you can only learn. But again that depends on your luck. Some guys never came out of there because they are feeling they became useless.
Cons
1. Negligible salary .Salary is pathetic, minus 40% of your CTC from the offer letter and that will be you salary. Variable is never paid and your hike will be like 5 thousand rupees increase per year 2. People join and leave because there nothing for survival. 3. No facility like cafeteria, cabs etc.. 4. I worked for 2 years and when I left they didn't pay my last 3 months. No Earning...Just worked for free. 5. Beware Of CEO and COO. They are mindless. Do not trust them. They just pretend to be polite and sympathetic. 6. If you are planning to join then remember and read this post. 7. .TOO MUCH MICRO MANAGEMENT. Every day in office is a crisis or an emergency. you will be asked to give status updates every 15 minutes. 8. Old desktops/Laptop given to employees, some have the keys in the keyboard broken others have scratched monitors, some dint have keys for software. The gives you simple dabba workstation .9. This is the only IT company in India opening a branch in Bangalore, to cut costs. Some of the Employees there don't know English.10. No proper projects lately, lots of uncertainty about the companies future.
