Pros
Stable job that was a very routine 3-day sample preparation cycle.
Cons
It becomes quite stale with not a lot of the career opportunities due to the nature of the science. Management had no interest in providing new skills to the staff. The lab crew were split into two offices and had a lack social interaction within work and the overall morale. I was working with people in a different office and had no connection to them and felt isolated.
