I was glad to have the opportunity to work and gain experience. I was mainly involved in recruitment and am glad that I have had tangible work staffing this organization. The product is interesting, and the self-directed work culture is great if you want to develop time management skills. It's a startup, so I'd recommend it if you want a chance to get involved in rapidly growing business.

At this point the organization is relatively young, so I would more recommend working here if you're specifically interested in a startup.

The company truly cares about its employees and their wellbeing. Despite some challenges with the CEO, I felt supported and valued throughout my time there.

The CEO was not only narrow-minded but also exhibited behavior that could be considered alarming, troublesome, and stressful. His lack of of openness to new ideas and perspectives may have led to a limited vision for the company, potentially hindering growth and innovation. Moreover, this narrow-mindedness could have created a toxic work environment where employees felt their ideas were not valued and their voices were not heard, leading to high levels of stress and frustration. It's no surprise that this kind of leadership can be troublesome for employees and can ultimately harm the success of a company.
