Pros

Good pay. They think feeding people makes up for all the crap that we deal with. It doesn't, but it's nice to be fed.

Cons

Retention rate of employees is horrible. During the time that I've been here they have had >50% turnover in ALL departments due to people jumping ship or being eliminated. Company has shifty-non-ethical practices, turn a blind eye/ do what I say not what I do and off-with-your-head mentalities. It is like working in Alice in Wonderland with upper management who act like the Mad Hatter and a CEO like the Homicidal Queen.
