Pros

A lot of opportunity to learn, but mostly self learning. Get to experience a lot of different aspects if you're up for it.

Cons

New management thinks everything else management did was terrible (We wouldn't be here if it was). Mistakes were made, some big, some small, but we got here. Additionally, management doesn't seem to understand that past management (especially C-Level) were the ones signing off on contracts, services, etc, yet they blame those who were in mid-management. Support has weakened, and they tend to lose amazing employees with great dedication because...well sometimes its apparent and sometimes you're just baffled. They think platform is going to be their saving grace. No respect from a lot of senior management (some are very respectful) but others literally belittle and berate people, cursing, yelling, like they're frustrated with a 3 year old when they don't understand the problem fully.
