      Pros

      The best reasons to work at SOC are you get to work independently and the work timings are flexible. Being a startup, you get to do everything from scratch and learn a lot from it.

      Cons

      The projects in SOC are narrowed down to one particular application, so the scope to exploring different areas is limited. The work ethics SOC is very poor and communications between employees is limited. The employers are not supportive and encouraging.
