      Pros

      Lots of good people - the workers( only a couple good people in leadership positions though- the rest of the leadership is horrible)

      Cons

      Corporate leadership/ lack of it, takng every opportunity to cut pay/ bonuses/ find ways to not give bonuses, letting the state dept personnel dictate how personnel are managed hiring / firing etc

      Team is amazing, get to work on some very fun projects with contributions that feel impactful.

      Management/Corporate decisions often take a long time or get lost.
