Pros

The DC Location and The DC lunch/happy hour; Networking Events; Time AWAY from the office.

Cons

High Turnover; Micro Management to the 10th degree; High Volume Sales/Marketing job even tho you get the title of Manger; Low company morale; NO freedom to be an adult, your entire workday is scheduled from 8:00a - 5:00p., very much a prison mentality; Outdated furniture, uncomfortable cubicles and chairs , boring, non motivating, work environment; They don't care about the candidate, they only care about making a placement; Unless you are making placements, they make you feel like you don't exist; Not a team environment, it's every shark for themselves; They hire anybody and give them less than adequate training; RIDICULOUS metrics to meet; No career path; Can't have music or background noise so everyone just sits in this big fishbowl of an office all day making phone calls; Trust factor does not exist among the team which makes it very uncomfortable to work in; Gives the staffing industry a bad reputation. I'll NEVER go back to staffing after my experience with SNI; Lots of favoritism. And I don't even want to discuss the nasty, unhealthy, rarely cleaned refrigerator......I'M DONE!

Great team and culture. Tons of new positions coming in to feed the recruitment team. Very supportive management team and sales managers to partner with.
