Pros
There are none. They are the biggest liars in business. They lie to the employees, to the clients and to the candidates. They are also an openly biased company. From the owner to Branch Managers they have a company wide mentality that blacks and other non whites are only good for some jobs.
Cons
They attract use by claiming they have a salary plus commission and more work than they know what to do with so you would have plenty of time to ease your way in.. LIES! They need you to bring in mew business from day one. Also it's not a salary but a draw. They lie to all the candidates they meet. They make up fake jobs to bring please to find out where have they interviewed and then call the place as soon as you walk out the door to pitch someone else they may have. They lie to clients claiming reference checks are done and all candidates are met before the resume is ever sent. This is a bold face lie. The recruiters are so lazy they conduct 80% of their interviews either on the phone or through email.
