Pros

Good salary when new contract, colleagues are great and there really is a family feeling, lots of laugh and advantages in the company itself

Cons

Boring job, customers believe we owe them all, managers don't take you in consideration. Not enough agents so poor quality of work. Agents litteraly hold the company alone
