Awful, awful, awful - Conference Producer SMi Group Employee Review

It is a shame you have decided to launch a personal attack on individuals within SMi. As a company we have been trading for nearly 25 years. The vast majority of our events have been running for between 10 and 20 years. The events we offer are well respected in the industry's we serve. All staff are trained when they join SMi. For a producer, which you claim to be, this includes having a mentor who is either a director, department head or a more senior team member. The management team are in place because of their experience in this industry which amounts to about 100 years of experience between them. Finally we are a meritocracy with the vast majority of our staff having worked at SMi for many years and working their way up within the organization.
