How is this still going on? Seriously concerning - Telesales Executive SMi Group Employee Review

I left this company in 2012 and shocked and saddened to read how 9 years on employees are still being treated badly as ever. Just an encouraging message to the people who have just left or are still employed at this company. Try not to stay angry and resentful, I have personally gone on to be successful and you can too, don’t let the situation you got yourself in affect you negatively like it did for me. Learn from this and move on positively. There are some really amazing companies out there to work for and SMi is highly likely to be one of the worst places in London to step in too.
