      Pros

      Gain valuable experience in the trading industry. Decent mock trading courses to develop trading skills. The employees here are for the most part great people.

      Cons

      Pay is not even close to being competitive in comparison to other trading firms. Management is not direct with information regarding promotions and career advancement.
