you can ask any question to help you do your job properly they focus on never giving out false or out-dated information your manager and/or team leader will walk you through your first call quality service means just as much as sales quotas if you perform decently but they feel dialing isn't your strong suit, they will try to fit you in somewhere else in the company
Cons
training is a bit bare boned if you give false information, you could be fired the same day pay grade could be better high turnover rates
