Work Culture. Get paid to flaunt your english and glamour. One who works will be slogging and the one who acts will be acting.
Cons
- Unprofessional workstyle. - People are judged based on how good english they talk but not on their skillset. - No proper policies in place. - Inspite of having said to be 16yrs old organization, everything is still a domestic start-up standards. - No fixed focus on one product, hopping between everything and making things cluttered. - Good enough internal politics, which is common everywhere. - No incentives for sales team which is their key motivating factor. - No KRAs and KPIs defined for anyone i.e, your work is appreciated based on your personal rapport with the management.
