Pros

My colleagues are the only thing that make this place bearable. Good benefits.

Cons

To start things off, the recent positive reviews are from interns who don’t fully understand this place or people who are high enough on the food chain to not know what is actually occurring. Upper management DOES NOT CARE about anyone. I don’t know one person that isn’t trying to find a new job. Currently the new SAP system is making quoting and invoicing practically impossible. Managers are taking away hybrid work. We don’t even get Christmas Eve off anymore. It costs $11 per day to park but the people driving $100,000 cars can park for free. We aren’t getting reimbursed for travel because of the new system. We can spend hundreds of millions on a new HQ in Germany but raises are impossible and we have to watch how much we spend traveling for work. Oh another fun one is we tout how diverse we are with a picture of all white people. Don’t plan on only doing your job either, you’ll have VPs who won’t do their job so you’ll have to do their job for them. This is just what is off the top of my head. There are no redeeming qualities. Upper management and HR are delusional if they think that they are not the problem. Do not work here! Especially do not work here if you are applying for a job in Spare Parts, being homeless is a better option.

Pros

You will never run out of work. Job security is for sure there. Really good benefits and a nice yearly bonus--just a shame its split evenly so individual performance is not incentivized. It is a great stepping stone though for getting experience.

Cons

Company is not Gen-Z friendly. Old school mentality stems down from the C-Suite. Low pay, embarassing raises. Growth is insanely slow, rarely is there a path set up. Company is filled with corporate nepotism and favortism. Only certain departments are held responsible to generate income and business while others can pick their noses and sit on their phones without consequence. Poor management is fluent in the company. On top of that an extremely frustrating and still broken CRM system.
