      This is the best work environment I have experienced in Quebec. If you are competent, you are trusted. No micromanagement and a high level of autonomy in daily work. Remote work is a big plus. Ability to evolve and improve processes quickly. The tech stack and processes are slowly but steadily evolving.

      Cons

      The codebase relies heavily on legacy code that does not always align with current industry standards, requiring a strong level of commitment to work with and evolve effectively.

      Very social company, I will recommend to any one. I had the best supervisor ever...If you doc appointment they understand you.

      Cons

      Not much chance to move up in the company, but it you are brown nose you succeed well. Be careful to whom sometimes they put as president....
