Pros

Good diversity of snacks & drinks in pantry.

Cons

1. Lack of communication. Information is usually poorly passed down the chain. When email is addressed to engineers, sometimes the content is in their native language. 2. Inefficient workflow. When the senior engineers have conflicting opinions with each other, they don't want to discuss amongst themselves before informing the juniors what to do. The juniors usually end up caught in between the senior engineers. 3. No proper career roadmap. Any career progression presented to employees does not happen at all. Only the very senior native employees will have their own hierarchy. Everybody else is just of the same rank/position in their eyes. 4. Very old-fashioned culture. Want to expand but still want to stick to the old ways. Originally from overseas, the company moved to Singapore but company is not willing to adapt to the local culture. 5. No consideration of employees' well-being. Company's expectations does not seem to take into consideration of work-life balance. There are rumors of performance being rated based on the 'time in/out' system. 6. Micro-management. Employees are expected to get their emails checked before sending out to external parties. Not a sustainable solution.

Pros

Benefits are normal(Welfare etc) Leaves are sufficient Every few months company lunch

Cons

-Work culture is not there(people are in their own cliché) -Reporting head is always a Korea(there is always a barrier between you and your head: communication and hardly see them in office). - Doing the same work as always - No learning opportunities in the company expect you to learn it outside of work - You are always in a losing end as company favours Korean more.
