Pros

- Generally most of the staff (especially ground staff) tend be the ones that you will generally get along + really appreciate them as they are also the core reason why things can be functioning most of the time. - When it comes to the important work, you will realize that (to no surprise of course) SAE or AE with genuine knowledge and experience overrides all else. - Generally chill if all is smooth.

Cons

- Too many dumb foreigners being hired in SMRT (Myanmar/Malaysian workers not understanding basic common knowledge despite studying in Local Uni) - The same foreigners either too busy trying to wayang or trying to play politics, but when it comes to work, ➡ MC/Medical Appointment/"Sorry I'm not available to come" XD? (You probably know who you are) - Engineers are basically robots with more questions than solutions. Graduate NTU/NUS just to ask how to use a Fluke DMM lol. - Management is basically there to be in pictures. - Drafting a document takes weeks just for the work to be done within 30 minutes. -

Pros

Can't think of any at the moment.

Cons

The process flow is terrible, Simple tasks turned to complicated due to its process. Not open to listening to suggestions and changes to benefit the workflow to reduce time taken. reorganise twice in about 3 months.
