Pros
Management is very friendly and cordial with all staff members. Never had an issue with getting management to help me when I felt overwhelmed or didn’t know exactly how to perform a task/operate the EMR system. Fellow nurses on separate floors were ALWAYS willing to help when needed: never got denied or shrugged by anyone. Scheduling department is top-tier.
Cons
High nurse to patient ratio, however this is usual for skilled nursing facilities. On the bright side, it forces you to builds time management skills pretty quick.
