So here’s the thing, like any job, you get what you put in. If you are a high-achiever and look to advance yourself this is the place to work. If you have a growth mindset and want to actually learn, you will. I have learned more being with this company than any other company I have worked for. Like with any other company, if you come in thinking you should sit around watching videos on your phone and get paid while team members pick up the slack, you will be shown the door. That is common sense. Management is reasonable. They do not micromanage you. There are expectations and deadlines like with any job. It is a clean and organized place to work. I really enjoy working here and plan to stay as long as they’ll have me.
