Pros

Some coworkers have a lot of experience. However, there are no other pros that I can think of at this moment.

Cons

Power struggles in upper management produced constant changes in company direction, organizational structure, and ultimately high turnover. People were constantly leaving the company - performers looking for greener pastures, under-performers being fired on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (???). Never sure who reports to whom or who handles which part of the work. Multiple acquisitions in a short time span and no clear integration plan produced further problems, as the acquisitions jockeyed for power and USA HQ imposed unrealistic standards, procedures, and expectations on the new divisions. Woven label company trying to re-define itself as a RFID technology company while not understanding the ins and outs of that business. No quality control and constant problems with customers as a result. All central management cares about is the bottom line. Ultimately a terrible environment to work in with high uncertainty and no betterment in sight.
