Pros
The President of the company is a true leader. He believes in work/life balance and it's just not "talk". It really happens. You are expected to work a project to your fullest ability but that's an adult expectation. The relationship with all of the employees, management, and most of the clients is exceptional. The benefit package is phenomenal.
Cons
Knowing the type of company this is, consulting, there are really NO cons but one in particular is the travel. If you travel to a client more than one day in a week, the days should be grouped and the employee should stay in a hotel.
