SMB isn't a huge company, but the leadership has put together a strong team that gets things done right and puts the clients first. Everyone takes pride in the work that they do, gets along great, and helps each other out when necessary. The company has a very family like atmosphere, and when new employees are hired they stay! There are also plenty of great opportunities for self improvement via company provided training and just learning new skills on the job. Scheduling is very lenient as well, so that you don't feel guilty if you need to take a sick day or some emergency comes up and you have to leave the office. You can trust that if you are out unexpectedly and something needed to be done, that the team will pull together to ensure that it is! Management is very positive, always giving out props when someone completes a lengthy or difficult project, which is very much a big boost to self esteem and pride. Recognition for a job well done really does wonders!
