not much, just the average company. I don`t expect any benefits as the contractor

Horrible company that dosn`t follow the contract terms regarding payment. Almost every single month instead of working you spend day or two trying to get your invoice payment. At the end you get it after a week. I've been dealing with multiple companies in the past and by far this is the worst.
