Pros
Colleagues are willing to go out of their way for each other. Curriculum is provided, most lesson plans are made in advance, so only need to change the dates A lot of fun activities for teachers to prepare for Xmas, Easter etc.
Cons
Backtracks on promises - especially in regards to wages Stressful - everything is blamed on teachers Poor communication - Managers don't explain things properly and then blame teachers for not understanding Foreign teachers are put under COVID restrictions whereas Korean teachers are not Housing is awful - very difficult to understand why Korea is considered an advanced country after living in the accommodation provided by the school
