Pros

-Great level 2 and 3 support staff. Upper management can be hard to reach at times. -fair pay and health benefits along with generous PTO -work is interesting and challenging. There is a good mix of new problems to solve as well as recurring work.

Cons

-Upper management can be hard to reach at times -Some benefits were taken away this year -Company is based in Germany so a lot of the support from Engineering can be hard to coordinate

Each role has the ability to make an impact contributing to end company goals. The leadership team is receptive to feedback and values team opinion and contributions.

Cons

Regional envy. There is a lot that can be done so having a clear focus set by your manager is key for your performance.

Pros

Trying to push technology capabilities in additive manufacturing.

Cons

The management team is inexperienced and lacks the ability to lead effectively. Senior leaders are unable to read a P&L statement with no ability to set a business direction or strategy make very short sighted decisions. They have no engagement with the team around them and would rather avoid problems so they can blame others than address and implement corrective actions. High level of turnover within the organization and dysfunctional.
